- Walt Blackford
- Walt Blackford joined Puget Sound Energy in October 2008 as the manager of PSE’s Customer Service Office on South Whidbey Island. He is responsible for community relations efforts and managing day-to-day operations of the office, which includes providing Whidbey customers with information about PSE’s energy efficiency resources, as well as traditional services. Blackford has been involved in sustainability issues for more than 25 years. Most recently, he served as city administrator in Langley, where his responsibilities included supervising the city’s resource conservation manager.
- Andy Wappler
- After working as the chief meteorologist for KIRO TV, Andy is now the Manager for Corporate Communications at Washington-based Puget Sound Energy. He is working with a team to develop and communicate the utility's strategies and messages related to renewable energy sources and natural gas.
- Lori Christian
- Lori Christian is the Office Manager of Whidbey Sun & Wind. WSW has been providing renewable energy systems, related services, and education to Whidbey Islanders since 2000. Lori is the company expert on incentives, legislation, and utility interconnection and is currently following the implementation of recently passed solar legislation.
