but today I get an empty form.
Your registration information is still in our database.
Use this form to request access so that you can continue the registration process.
I never got the confirmation email - how long should I wait ?

I need to change something on my registration.
We do not support changes to registration once you have paid (or committed to do so).
For special cases, you may contact us (email is preferable, but remember that we are all volunteers, so it may take a while to get back to you).
I need to cancel my registration.
Contact us by phone or email (preferable).
If we receive your cancellation request by Jan 31st, we will refund your payment.
Refunds will be made in mid February (when we have a chance to breathe again!)
